I contacted HK Associates to avail there services regarding name change. I was skeptical at first since I was in contact with them via phone only. However,the team at Document Advisor took relevant steps to resolve my concerns. To confirm that their entity is genuine, the team shared a copy of their GST registration with me upon my request. They asked me to pay in installments as the name change process advanced. The notification got published in two newspapers the next day after I paid the 1st installment. The gazette notification was published exactly after 1 month of the submission of the duty fee. It was on the exact date as they had committed. The team was quick to dispatch my original documents via speedpost the next day. It was overall a wonderful and hassle-free experience. The entire team is soft-spoken and responsive to queries.
